AI Civic Studio
AI Civic Studio is a six-week cohort program designed to help underresourced founders responsibly adopt artificial intelligence into their businesses. While the biggest corporations in the world are building and benefiting from AI, small businesses and early-stage founders risk getting left behind without the tools, knowledge, and support to do the same. AI Civic Studio closes that gap, giving founders hands-on training, expert guidance, and a concrete implementation plan to integrate AI in a way that enhances their operations, protects their team, and positions their business for long-term growth.
The Challenge
AI is reshaping every industry, and the founders who learn to use it strategically will have a significant competitive advantage. But access to quality AI education, affordable tools, and trusted expert guidance has largely favored well-resourced organizations. Underresourced founders in emerging markets are navigating AI adoption without a roadmap, risking either falling behind or implementing tools in ways that create more problems than they solve. AI Civic Studio exists to change that. Our goal is not to replace jobs but to free founders from operational bottlenecks so they can focus on what only they can do: lead, innovate, and grow.
Program Details
A six-week hybrid cohort program with mandatory attendance at all sessions
Four virtual working sessions covering AI Fundamentals and Ethical AI Use, Operations and Automation, Finance, and Marketing, each combining expert instruction, case studies, and hands-on time to apply learning directly to your business
One dedicated week for drafting your 90-Day AI Implementation Plan with a 1:1 session with an AI expert for personalized guidance and support
Two additional virtual sessions and a 1:1 working session to workshop and refine your plan before the town hall
Program concludes with an AI Civic Town Hall, a public-facing community event where participants share their plans at a gallery-style showcase, sparking conversation about responsible AI adoption in our communities
Cohort facilitated by industry experts with specialized knowledge in AI for finance, operations, marketing, and executive productivity
Pre-Cohort: AI Hackathon
Before the cohort launches, we host a standalone AI Hackathon open to the broader community. No experience required — just curiosity, creativity, and a problem worth solving. The hackathon is a chance to get a taste of what AI Civic Studio is all about, connect with like-minded founders, and show the community what innovation looks like when you put the right tools in the right hands.
